Techniques
Tier 0:
Absolute Zero: (15% Fat) User lowers the temperature around them, affecting all opponents. Any bonus actions granted by a higher Agility are lost. If the user also has a Ki stat at 150% or more of an opponent's Agility, that opponent also loses 1 additional action. Lasts 2 turns. Once per battle.
Become the Bullet: (10% Fat) Your instincts are sharpened, your reflexes reach a new level of awareness that borders on the supernatural. When paired with a Dodge action, your Agi is treated as 25% higher for the purposes of evasion. Additionally, your next attack following is Hard-to-Dodge. Takes One Action. Alternatively, you can use Two Actions, and the following attack uses Agility for the attacking stat, and its final damage is increased by 5%.
Hasshu-Ken: (5% Fat) This technique allows you to strike much faster, making it appear as you have extra arms. This allows you two more actions for one turn for physical attacks. Does not cost an action, gained actions must be used in the same turn this technique is used. As this is an all-out attack, Respite cannot be used on the turn Hasshu-Ken is used. Can be used once per battle.
Protective Bubble: (4% Fat) User forms a weak sphere of energy around their body, Nullifying any two Tier 1 or one Tier 2 technique. Uses 1 action. Twice per Battle.
Tier 1:
Basic Energy Attack: (1-5% Fat | 1-5% Ki) A simple energy attack that can be manipulated into various different shapes. Can choose between 1 and 5 for damage and Fatigue when used.
Basic Melee Attack: (1-5% Fat | 1-5% Ki) A simple melee attack that can take a number of different styles. Can choose between 1 and 5% for damage and Fatigue when used.
Barrier: (50% of incoming attack's Fatigue) Divide your ki stat by the opponent’s attacking stat, and multiply by 100. This is the % of damage prevented from the incoming attack, to a maximum of 70%.

Block: (Varying Fat) Reduces 25% of incoming damage. May be increased via effects to a maximum of 50%.
Always takes 1 Action.
Costs 2/4/6/8 Fatigue, depending on Incoming Attack's Tier.
Deflect: (Varying Fat) Reduce incoming damage by (2+Tier of incoming attack)% of your Strength. You may spend total actions equal to the tier of the attack that you're defending against, multiplying the reduction by the number of actions spent. The first action spent costs 2 Fatigue, and each successive action costs 1 more, stacking.
Deflect is a single action, and costs 1 Fatigue.
Disarm: (5% Fat | 3% Ki) The user attempts to disarm the weapon user by any means necessary. Once the weapon is free, the weapon user will not be able to user their weapon on their next turn.
Dodge: (75% of incoming attack's Fat) Allows the user to evade incoming attack in order to avoid all damage. Requires 75% of your opponent's attacking stat in agility.
Kiai: (Varying Fat) Kiai reduces the incoming damage of an attack by (Lower of your Str/Ki / Higher of your Str/Ki) * 60%.
If the reduction is 45% or higher, you may choose one of the following:
-Ignore 1 Status Effect on the Incoming Attack
-Reduce Kiai's Fatigue Cost by 2*Tier of the Incoming Attack
-Reduce its Action Cost by 1
If the above triggers, and your Agility is within 10% of your lower of Strength or Ki, you may choose 2.

Negate: (N/A Fat) Allows the user to negate an incoming physical or ki attack with one of their own, as long as the damage of your attack exceeds the incoming attack. Can only Negate Physical Techs with Physical Techs, and Energy Techs with Energy Techs.
Overwhelm: (N/A Fat) Allows the user to overwhelm an incoming physical or ki attack with one of their own, defending the attack and attacking with your own, as long as the damage of your attack is twice or more of the incoming attack. Can only Overwhelm Physical Techs with Physical Techs, and Energy Techs with Energy Techs.
Power Up: (5% Fat) +10% ki and strength. Costs 5 Fatigue for every turn active.

Helm Splitter: (12% Fat | 15% Str) Physical. A sword technique where the user leaps up and then comes down, bringing their blade down in a vicious overhead strike upon the foe! Cannot be Blocked. If a sword is equipped ignores up to 5% of passive Damage Reduction.
Brave Sword Attack: (25% Fat | 25% Str) Physical. The user double slashes the opponent. Then, he charges energy into their weapon, and runs towards the opponent. He stops in midair, then slashes the opponent in light speed.
Hard to Deflect, Barrier or Kiai. If User's Strength is Higher than Defender's Durability, Severs Arm. If User's Strength is less than Defender's Dura, Cuts. Deals 28% Str if a Sword is Equipped.
Beast Killer: (27% Fat | +50% Str) A technique used by the Knights of Konats, a move developed in their ever present war with the beasts, it’s origins traced back to the hero who cut Hirudegarn in half! A mighty sword stroke meant to cleave a foe through completely. Must have a sword equipped.
