"I hope you're prepared to work hard, Jeice! You will need all the energy and stamina you can muster, because the gravity training is going to be brutal. Even if it starts out easy, I can guarantee it'll get more punishing the higher you go! Have no fear though, I will be here the entire time you're here to make sure you don't get overwhelmed by the training!" Captain Ginyu said to his trusty right hand man who was standing right in front of him. He asked Jeice to report into the Gravity Room so they could finally begin the Brenchian's training.
He had to make sure that his squad could keep up with him every step of the way. If they couldn't do the kind of the training the eccentric body snatcher could do, than the gap between them and himself would forever remain large and they would have no hope of keeping up with him. He couldn't allow that to happen, he was going to toughen his men up to such an extreme degree that even the likes of Recoome would be exhausted and in pain. His squad may be down two men, but he was going to drastically toughen up the two squad mates available to him right now. He then stood there, waiting for his second-in-command's response.
"Ey, captain!" Jeice said as energetically as he could have been expected to reply, a wild grin on his face, excited to finally get to do some real training. He was ready to make great use of this room. He wondered just how many levels of gravity he was going to be able to climb. He would have liked to be able to climb every level of gravity the machine had to offer before they reached Namek. But that didn't seem like something he would be able to do. Try as he might to break all his limits there were still some things that would just simply be impossible.
But now that they were here Jeice looked around the room, feeling the floor under his booted feet. For the moment just wearing black spandex, and forgoing his armor. Wanting to exercise in the room without the armor, at least for the first bit of training, though of course, his armor was outside the room waiting for him to don it, should he decide to train while wearing it. And he probably would eventually. He figured it was important to do some training both with and without it. Armor did have a tendency to get destroyed during battles after all.

He saluted his trusty right-hand man to return his greeting, very pleased to see Jeice continues to be punctual and dedicated to the team like always. That was good, because now they could get right down to the training and help him get so much stronger than he already was. The stronger he could make his second-in-command, the deadlier they would become as a whole. Once they reunited with Recoome and Guldo, he was going to make sure they got this gravity training as well. Turning his back to Jeice, he set the gravity level of the room to x2.
There was a gradual change in the gravity pressure around them. Captain Ginyu barely felt the difference, since he's mastered gravity levels much higher than this. Jeice may or may not struggle with this though, luckily he had his commanding officer to help train him.
"OK Jeice, first thing I want you to do is perform some stretches and poses to loosen up those muscles of yours. Let me know when you've got your muscles prepared, and then we can begin the actual training!" the purple-skinned body said in his boisterous, enthusiastic tone of voice.
The gravity might have been a bigger issue if the team had not already been to planet Vegeta once before. The gravity there was ten times what was expected for standard life on a planet after all. Still, it had been some time since he had to deal with the forces of gravity challenging his body. He was less strained than someone entirely new to the gravity, but he did feel rather rusty in that sense as well. Sighing, and taking a few deep breaths, before doing as the captain instructed and movement to stretch and pose. Sliding his arms across his body and down to his boots. Stretching his legs, making a series of leaps, and stretches. Then even getting a little fancy with some flips. Jumping backward to land on his hands, pushing off the floor and back to his feet before performing a tumble forward, rolling to his feet. Bouncing off the floor at the end and back to his feet.
He continued like that for a while, stretching, jogging, jumping, tumbling, flipping. Getting his body used to the gravity with mostly acrobatic movements and stretches, as well as a few poses here and there to mix things up. Letting Ginyu decide when he should move on to more strenuous activities.

Captain Ginyu knew that the x2 Gravity wouldn't be too strenuous to his right-hand man. All the members of the Ginyu Force have experienced higher levels of gravity than this, so it wasn't like he would be pushed too hard. That being said, Jeice would likely need to brush up on the gravity training anyway. The eccentric body snatcher wanted the Brenchian to master every level of enhanced gravity that was available to the both of them, he would need it if he ever wished to train alongside his Captain. Seeing the sign that Jeice was ready to move on, he spoke up once more.
"Alright Jeice, you've clearly loosened up your muscles enough. To start things off, sprint in a circle around the gravity room until movement becomes as natural to you as in normal gravity. Once you can move around freely, start practicing your hand-to-hand combat. I know this level doesn't effect you that much, but I want to make sure you fully master every level of gravity. Get to it, soldier!" he said with a smirk on his face as he started performing various close-quarters-combat maneuvers while observing Jeice's progress.
"Hey Cap'n, why did we decide to go to Namek again?" He asked, not sure if he or Burter had ever actually voiced the question. They probably just accepted it without a second thought, leaping at the chance to hit space with their beloved captain. But since they had a moment to chat and train among other things right now, the question floated across his mind. Perhaps they had asked already and just forgot, in that case, Jeice simply needed to be reminded of what their actual goal in going to Namek was.
Namek was a nice enough place, green if a tad barren. The locals mostly harmless aside from a few unique individuals among their race that made themselves known, and seemed to defend their elders on the planet. He doubted they were going to harm any of the Namekians this time around. It was possible they would of course if some decided to try and fight them. But he didn't expect the kind of slaughter that Freiza's appearance caused on the planet last time, if only because their goal this time was likely different. He could not recall actively harming any of the Namekian people anyway. Perhaps some were caught in the crossfire, but otherwise, he didn't think any member of the Ginyu Force had gone around blowing up Namekian villages.

As the two men worked hard on their training together, Jeice asked the eccentric body snatcher about why they were heading back to Namek. The good ole Captain couldn't blame his second-in-command for his curiosity, after all it wasn't every day someone would go back to a place where they suffered humiliating defeat. One especially wouldn't do so if they weren't assigned a mission to do so. Captain Ginyu did have a reason for heading to Namek once more, one that would make a great deal of strategic sense. He figured he might as well give his right-hand man a heads up.
"I learned a special technique that allows me to power up beyond what I'm normally capable of, but it comes at the cost of drastically lowering my speed and agility while it's active. During my trips through space, I met a wandering female warrior who told me about some magical sigils or marks that the Namekians had on their planet that would theoretically improve this power up technique. I don't know if it's true, but I'm investigating just to make sure. After all, I want to cover all areas so I may be as useful to the Emperor as I can! Even if the lead turns out to be incorrect, I still want to investigate it!" he said to Jeice in a passionate manner.
"Ah, I see." Jeice said once the captain had explained the situation. "So you have some kind of technique that can be improved if we go to Namek. What is this technique then? Did you just learn it yourself at some point, or did someone teach it to you?" He asked wondering about the process. And if his captain had to learn it from someone, who was worthy to teach the captain? It was hard to imagine the captain bowing his head to anyone but Lord Freiza after all. But Ginyu was a respectful person, and he was always perfectly polite. At least in Jeice's opinion. That was no doubt part of the captain's appeal. He was well-spoken, perhaps even suave in some ways.
Jeice started to do some push-ups. Hands to the floor, lifting his body. And as he got used to lifting his own weight, he started to shove himself up to perform a clap between each push. Breathing evenly though he was breaking a sweat now, slowly gathering on his body and face, dripping off his chin to the floor below him. He let his mind wander into mostly relaxed blankness, focusing on the physical task he was putting himself through.

"It's a technique that makes me physically stronger and more durable by artificially increasing the size of my muscles, but it decreases my speed, and it was one I discovered sometime after I left Frieza I for the first time. I've mastered it as much as I can, but unfortunately the speed drop can't be improved outside of perhaps this magical sigil" he explained as he went through the motions of his own training exercise. He was barely working up a sweat in such a low gravity setting, but he was still giving it his all. Besides, being here was more for his second-in-command's benefit.
One of his many talents was being capable of multi-tasking, he could converse with people while doing some training. It's one of the many reasons why he was such an effective leader, he could do multiple things at once, and it was also why Emperor Frieza entrusted him with being the leader of his empire's most elite squad of fighters.
"So it bulks you up. I'm curious how you look when you're using that technique then." Jeice noted, a little amused at the thought, wondering if it made the captain as big as Recoome. The man was only slightly larger than Ginyu, to begin with, only a head or so taller. Burter was taller than Recoome by about half a head if Jeice had to guess.
He finished his push-ups, moving onto doing sit-ups next. Though he found that doing these was significantly harder than the push-ups. Probably because the motion was simply less common than using his arms for various activities. Even so, he did them. He'd done fifty push-ups, now he intended to do just as many sit-ups. His arms felt warm after straining them in the gravity a bit. His stomach would begin to feel tightness halfway through his intended set before starting to feel a serious clench in his abs.
This went on for a few hours, till he was tired, and satisfied with the results. Calling it quits for the time being to rest. They could come back to it later, or the next day.
