Personality: Pikkon is rather heroic in nature. He shows many of the same virtues and principles of Goku and other main characters of the series. He does appear to however get quite frustrated at certain situations (as seen in Fusion Reborn when they're unable to break the barrier Janemba was put up), and more than a bit jealous when Goku was selected to face the aforementioned opponent. His good deeds and virtuous nature however have gained him the respect of the Kais, trusting him to complete certain tasks that likely wouldn't be dolled out to just any old Regular Joe.
A defining trait of his personality is his wisdom, which he has shown to express even when it didn't aid him. In fact, giving advice to his opponent while participating in a tournament is quite the opposite of that. However he appears to believe in helping others so deeply that he'd sacrifice his own success in order to perhaps better someone else, an admirable trait if there ever was one. He appears to be quite selfless.
History:
History is yet to be written as they say (maybe). Not a lot is known about Pikkon, and the important events that he takes part in have yet to transpire in the site timeline. However, I will attempt to make him interesting and give life to the vague bits of history we do know. Please bare with me.
Hailing from the West Quadrant of the Universe, Pikkon met an untimely demise while facing Kozuma, a devilish tyrant who's empire stretched across many worlds. Their bout ended in both of them dying, Kozuma using his dying strength to take down a weakened Pikkon as vengeance. Pikkon could rest easily in Otherworld knowing that he'd toppled a wretched man, saving dozens of worlds who had been conquered, and saving even more from the tyrant's wrath.
In the wake of Kozuma's demise, these worlds were freed thanks to the continued efforts of a resistance force whom called upon Pikkon for help in their climatic attempt to finally stop Kozuma. For his efforts, the resistance held him as a symbol of hope for the future, and rebuilding efforts across the quadrant were named after him. The Pikkon Project completed only a few short years after his death, and things in the western quadrant have returned to relative normalcy as the worlds afflicted by Kozuma try to get their lives back on track.
In the Otherworld, Pikkon trained under West Kai. He was a star pupil, taking full advantage of all lessons that the Kai could provide him. His hopes were never to return to the land of the living, but to protect otherworld should anything come to threaten those who reside there. However, outside a few rowdy customers in HFIL, Pikkon would be surprisingly resurrected before he had a chance to really prove his training was worth it.
Sample RP:
"I am.... alive?" Pikkon choked. His ears must be deceiving him, truly this had to be some sort of mistake, or a sick prank by his new master.
"That's right... however, I have a favor to ask you. That is, if you'd oblige." West Kai said, his tone going from one of surprise to stoic seriousness quickly. Pikkon's eyes twinkled with tears, what had he truly done to deserve this? How was this possible? He had so many questions, however if his master's tone told him anything, it was that answers would have to wait.
"Oh, of... of course, sir! What is it?" Pikkon asked, matching the elder's tone as best he could.
"Obviously, this stays between the two of us. I could never, and would never ask anyone to go meddling in the affairs outside of my own... jurisdiction if you will. However, I think that in this very limited and specific instance, it would be excusable." The Kai explained, stroking his chin, as if he was contemplating what to say next, or rather if he should say it at all. "Well, it's really hard to say exactly what I need, exceedingly so. It's just a hunch, really, or a worry. Some sort of feeling I have had for the last few weeks. I think that something is about to happen, something big, and I haven't heard any rumblings that would suggest anyone from the North Quadrant is even aware of it. I would hate for anyone to call me a snoop, so I haven't exactly asked for special attention to be shown."
"I see, so you'd like me to investigate? That's all?" Pikkon asked, a bit confused what was with the apprehension. He supposed it had something to do with rules and regulations the Kai's had that he didn't, and likely never would, understand. A world was in trouble, that's all he needed to know to try and help.
"If you could, I can get you there, but getting you home after would be a different story. I'm afraid that even me sending you there will put me under too much scrutiny, you'd have to find you own way back." West Kai explained, seeming very apologetic, and a bit surprised Pikkon had agreed so easily. Pikkon nodded, he wasn't afraid. Not in the slightest. He'd lived his life in service of the greater good. He'd died for the good of the universe, and he'd do it again if it called for it. Getting home was the least of his worries. he'd just as soon, and gladly, die again for the cause of righteousness.
