Personality:
Ka is a bit of a shifting personality, mostly dependant on how well he has been fed, when hungry, he becomes a lot more sadistic and toys with a victim or just about anything in his way focusing more on getting his next meal than with being himself. When starved, he ends up in little more than a blood frenzy, an animal desperate for something to feed upon. Once he’s fed however, he turns back into quite the charming little trap, quite personable and rather flirtatious towards other men using his natural looks to pass as a just of age female, mostly out of idle fun and partly because it always opens up the chance of a meal.
His hobbies have changed little since becoming a vampire, he enjoys creating fine outfits, afternoon tea. Toying with people’s hearts and if he can handle the excitement drinking heavily. His change to vampirism added stalking prey in the dead of night and crushing the undeserving in any way he sees fit. So to sum that all up nicely, he’s basically crazy.
History: Ka, was nothing out of the ordinary for a young man pretending to be female at any rate. An unusual pursuit but he just had the frame for it and found it rather fun teasing the other guys who ended up attracted to him. His method was rather simple, pretend to be a female and hit on a guy at any inn or tavern his wandering self would find. Get free drinks and even food from the happy man, if they were the polite sort he could even string it out and get little gifts and makeovers before simply disappearing. Always sporting a different appearance via hair changes, dyes and outfit swaps to keep people from realising it was him. This all changed the night he encountered his first vampire.
The encounter didn’t start all that different to normal for him, a reasonably attractive man had noticed him and had come over, talking sweet nothings and trying to ply him with drink. It was only when the man told him to come on back to his place and he found himself unable to respond with anything other than a nod that he realised something was wrong. Normally he was pretty good at deflecting such comments with vague promises of meeting up later and telling them where he was staying since he was new in town. She was led away to a rather impressive castle, if only it had been by her own choice instead of his. It didn’t exactly take long for him to get to the point, or rather the points as he claimed her as a lesser vampire. Though the vampires disappointment was rather obvious when he discovered that his latest prize was in fact a guy.
Ka was treated as little more than a servant from that point on, forced to perform demeaning acts for his new master while he struggled to deal with the hunger that welled within him. His master carefully kept him starved, presuming that it would prevent him from even becoming strong enough to actually challenge the old vampire in a fight. Ka was not going to allow himself to be broken like this and spent the bulk of his time scheming and finding which servants within the castle were there by choice and those who were also little more than slaves to the older vampire. Rather unsurprisingly, within the times that his head was his own Ka planned an overthrow the older vampire to release himself from his captivity.
He managed to gather quite a small following all told among the servants of the castle and aimed to assassinate his master while he slept. This plan fell rather flat, as the group lifted the lid on the coffin to expose the vampire to the wooden stakes they had collected he smirked at them and a rather violent brawl ensued. Quite to Ka’s shock they seemed to be rather stronger than their master when he was unable to control his mind due to the additional help breaking his concentration. Though victorious, Ka was badly wounded in his battle and deigned to rest and recover from the injury. Asking the others to aid him in his recovery and promising them equality among the others of the castle. Granted, he was lying through his teeth because he himself was too weak to stop them from killing him should they so choose.
So he slumbered for nearly a century at a time as the wound started to heal, awakening only to seek out some meals before retiring once more to avoid the trouble stirred up from his feeding frenzy. His lack of time in the world left him rather detached from current events and places and he now awakes once again, finally healed though without a castle, nor servants due to it’s destruction at the hands of an unknown. Likely the cause of his awakening was the exposure of his coffin to the world causing him to have to wake and figure out what the hell was going on out there.
