The Cursed Dragon Fist Seal - Shin Kyto gains the Dragon Fist technique for free, no TP cost at Level 12. Shin Kyto adds +5% ki damage when using the Dragon Fist technique, but also deals 2% of his ki to himself in damage.
Out Of Battle:
Bond By Blood - Because of the strong fraternal bond earned by allies such as Tomago and Thrakon fighting at his side. Whenever roleplaying with a member of the Outsiders Alliance, all cooperative players receive only +5% SP Gains. However if roleplaying with the founders Thrakon, Tomago, or Pumpkin all players gain an additional +5% SP gains.

Personality:
Shin may appear to be emotionless to many upon first contact. However, this is only because he is being extremely cautious. For as a child he was forced often to witness the abuse his mother Sara, suffered at his father’s hands. Which causes Shin to question till this day the true cause for her death, and whether or not he could have protected her after his mother’s death when he was at the tender age of 5.
He had since grown up to become a strong fearless assassin. Often repressing all of his emotions to the point many soldiers he encounters mistakenly think of him as being an android doll. Except for the few who have survived after witnessing him release this facade to show he is a truly passionate vengeful warrior against all opposition. For none shall hurt his family and friends.
History:
Shin’s past is one thing he does not like going over. Nor does even he know fully, because Shin was carried by his mother Sara for 9 months in secret and raised to be the greatest weapon of his country’s most trusted yet rotten to the core military commander, General Eijiro Kyto of the Okatera Clan that had been started by another former student of Master Mutaito. Which has long been rivals of both Master Shen's Crane School and the Turtle School of Muten Roshi. Whom Shin Kyto believes to be a direct ancestor.
Being raised as his father’s first and only son. As such he has been trained since he could stand, to be a warrior and to follow in his father’s footsteps. However following the horrendous chaos caused by the Saiyans arrival to Earth lead Shin down another path. Which has him now currently seeking to find a new place to call home. Which he believes he has found in West City.

Description|
A basic energy shield. Divide your Ki stat by the opponent's attacking stat, and then multiply by 100, and that percentage of damage is nullified. Takes no fatigue, but does take an equal number of actions to the defended attack. Can only be used on tiers 1-3. Can only use twice per battle.
Example
If you have 10,000 ki and your opponent has 15,000 ki- you will nullify .66666 or 67% of the damage.
If you have 22,500 ki and your opponent has 15,000 str, you will nullify 1.50 or 150% (or otherwise all) of the damage. - Hail Mary:(Fatigue: 0%)- Learned from Yagnort

This is an innate ability in characters which depends more on instincts than anything else. The user moves to take themselves out of the targeted area while at the same time, unleashing an instinctive attack.
All Fatigue and Action costs are the same as a Dodge, but you also counter with an attack that deals 10% Strength if used on a Strength tech, or 10% Ki if used on a Ki Tech which takes no additional actions or fatigue.

Can be charged 1 action for 28% Ki Damage, or 2 actions for 28% Ki Damage expanding to hit 2 additional targets. Inflicts Burn unless Dodged. Very Hard to Dodge. - Destructo Disc: (Fatigue:19%)-Ki
