Personality: Her behavior isn't different from a lot of the other Saiyans on Vegeta. The pride she carries shows in her actions and the way she talks with others, showing different levels of empathy depending on the situation being heard or witnessed, but is generally relaxed but blunt. Being a mother of two, she's more than willing to shape her kids into how she wants them to be, not wanting either of them to go soft, like the Saiyans they've heard that come from Earth.
If they were beat down by another Saiyan of their age, she would personally spend the time to train them, and keep such a thing from happening again, knowing that it would reflect on her badly. Mocking them if she has to, and helping them understand that to get anywhere respectable in life, one needed to win. Being challenged by an obvious difference in power, didn't matter socially, so long as the invitation wasn't something that backed down.
But she was relentless when it came to suffering losses, and in a position where she could take revenge, and dish things back double of what she had felt. Witnessing death was something to laugh off and move on, just as much as losing a fight. Her two kids were the products of victories, and the idea of making more depended on how strong the other Saiyan was, along with her own victory. Any opposition she shows comes from breaking away from what she knows for reasons she deems to be unnecessary.
History: Born and raised on Planet Vegeta, the difference in power her people carried, had always been something noticeable. Those proud enough to be a father and claim their child, always talked about the power levels that their kids were born with. She had seen it herself when she was younger, and even back then, could feel her own pride at being already stronger than some of the Saiyans she knew, or wanting to do even better.
But the road to even coming close always seemed so far. Growing up, beating one Saiyan only meant that a stronger one would show up. Always testing the limits of what she was capable of, and pushing her to continue training. It wasn't enough to be stronger than those who were around her age. She knew other Saiyans who talked back just enough to be challenged by adults, and easily lost from it. Her parents could be blunt and distant, letting her be on her own when she had needed to, complaining where it was necessary, and showing pride for her accomplishments.
Saiyans died here and there, or was left unheard from. Moments where she saw how she was supposed to look at things. They were a number. Could be replaced if they were too weak to even live. It had never been anything to question, even as time had gone on, and she grew into her adulthood. Moving off and away from the planet for missions, it was a laughable thing to hear how much trouble others could have.
She had always been quick, but was more relentless than anything when it came to what she had wanted. There were losses she suffered herself like anyone else, her body being willingly given up as casually as any of them could be, at having lost a challenging and having to pay up for it. Didn't make her anything less than she already was. Always a choice and nothing to be tricked into. Two of these choices, barely even a year apart, had led her to having two kids with different fathers she thought were worthy enough. But unlike her parents, she had to settle on just having one Saiyan in her life. Not when there were always going to be new options or ones to go back to.
None of those she had slept with had ever been that serious. She wasn't someone soft enough to feel that way. It was more normal than anything to have someone she knew to look after her kids when needed, usually one of their fathers. She had no memories herself about the planet having ever died, but things were evident enough down the line that it must have held some kind of truth. Though what did it really change? She was missing a lot of time if anything, and learned that some Saiyans had failed to take over a planet like they were meant to.
It was possible to, but it wasn't something she bothered to try herself. Nothing of there, and she enjoyed the life she already had. The revolution was unexpected, but so long as the others around here didn't grow soft, they likely wouldn't see another one happen for awhile. She would even challenge the throne herself if it ever got to that.
Sample RP:
There was always something going on around here. But few too things that were worth looking into. She spent as much time as she could away on missions, wanting to see some change in her power level before she had gone back.
It was never enough though. Other Saiyans still had much higher, but she couldn't train enough to even come close to their level. Not with what amount she got paid, and resources she could even get her hands on.
Always disappointing to see how much more she could do. But there was never enough time. Reports needed to be given, and she needed to go back with a team to even do so. There were two brats she needed to take care of, making sure that they didn't fall behind so she didn't look bad. It wasn't just her that had to grow stronger.
But how much time had she lost having apparently dead? A decade's worth? It was her best guess and hope that it was much less. The idea that she could have been so much stronger than she was, that her two brats could have already been adults in their own right, really pissed her off. Disappearing like that hadn't been a choice.
The others had liked to laugh it off, because they weren't the only ones who suffered time being taken away from them, but she saw only how much more she could have been. No matter how much she thought about this, it always left her feeling the same. Heat easily clouded her face, and something which wouldn't cool off until much later.
But the job was done. She was sick of actually hitting this punching bag for now, and couldn't be assed enough to check what meager power she had gotten out of this training. Instead, she left the room she kept the equipment, walking down the halls only to find that ones that weren't her own were hurriedly coming towards her.
"What's got you pissing your pants?"
It wasn't normal coming from him. His armor looked like absolute crap too than what it really should have been. She was sure she could smell a bit of blood in the air too, mixed in with how bad she had gotten from her own training.
Did he really have to come all the way here now? She was going to go check up on her brats. He was the last face she had wanted to see right now, knowing she had still been unable to beat him down.
"The throne's been challenged. The king is dead."
"And you got your ass kicked, but not enough I see."
If that was supposed to have her surprised enough to get on her knees, he was kidding himself. How bad could this whole thing really be? Unless they were going to suddenly start playing nice, who cares?
"You weren't there to see how bad it was. How many challenges are going to happen, now that the king is gone? Things were fine the way they were before."
She already started moving past him, only half-listening to his cowering. He had always been like this. Strong, but he thought about things more than he should have. Though he was right. Whoever it was that took the throne, what was stopping someone else from doing the same? This asshole couldn't have been the only one wanting to, if he was hiding that kind of power. Beating down someone like the king wasn't anything easy.
"I'm not getting paid to care about how many people want to go after the throne. It's nothing to worry about if they're not going to have us be as soft as you."
That was a Saiyan that needed to die as soon as they could. Earth already had a couple of Saiyans soft enough to fail at taking over the place. There didn't need to be one here, changing that and ruining what was already good.
The idea that could happen was something that they should be afraid of. But she knew all he was seeing was how much time they would have to spend being stuck on the planet, instead of being away somewhere else on missions.
"Agh, you're breaking my arm!"
A smile managed to form despite all this nonsense, hearing one of her brats get an upperhand on the other. Her power level might not have moved that much, but theirs was at least something she could look forward to.
The asshole behind her was going to have to follow, if he wanted to keep trying to change her mind.
Referred By: No one referred me. I just typed 'Dragonball Rp Proboards' on Google, weeded out the ones that were dead, and saw that this one was on Tapatalk. Followed the chat link there to this Proboards.[/font]
