Techniques
Tier 0:
Supression - The ability to hide or reduce one’s power to any level they desire. In battle, the user can choose to start the battle with their stats reduced by any percent they choose. All stats must be reduced by the same percentage. The user can spend one action to change the level of suppression or release it entirely. Passive ability, costs no fatigue and any fatigue that is accumulated while suppressed is reduced by the same percentage as the suppression.
Drain - 10% Fatigue - Used to augment blocks, allowing the user to absorb power from ki attacks. Adds 5% Strength and Ki for the remainder of the battle. Can only be used two times.
Ki Blade -2% Fatigue - The user forms a blade on any limb the user chooses, adding 2% Ki to any physical attack used on the same turn this is performed. Three times per battle.
Tier 1:
Basic Energy Attack - 2-4% Fatigue - 2-4% Ki -Can choose between 2 and 4% for damage and Fatigue when used.
Basic Melee Attack - 2-4% Fatigue - 2-4% Ki -Can choose between 2 and 4% for damage and Fatigue when used.
Basic Weapon Attack - 5% Fatigue - 3% Str - A basic weapon attack. Inflicts Cut, Pierce or Broken Bone based on the weapon.
Block T1 - Block 50% damage and the block costs 2% Fatigue.
Block T2 - Block 40% damage and the block costs 4% Fatigue.
Block T3 - Block 30% damage and the block costs 6% Fatigue.
Block T4 - Block 20% damage and the block costs 8% Fatigue.
Deflect - Requires at least 50% of your opponent’s ki attack score (½ Ki + ½ Agility). Reduces damage by 50%. Costs 50% of the fatigue of the Deflected Attack. Only useable against attacks that use Ki. Disarm - 5% Fatigue - 3% Str - The user attempts to disarm the weapon user by any means necessary. Once the weapon is free, the weapon user will not be able to user their weapon on their next turn. Can only perform three times in battle.
Dodge - Allows the user to evade incoming attack in order to avoid all damage. Requires 75% of your opponent's attacking stat in agility.
Negate - Allows the user to negate an incoming physical or ki attack with one of their own, as long as the damage of your attack exceeds the incoming attack. Can only Negate Str Techs with Str Techs, and Ki Techs with Ki Techs. Str/Ki techs may be negated with Either.
Overwhelm - Allows the user to overwhelm an incoming physical or ki attack with one of their own, defending the attack and attacking with your own, as long as the damage of your attack is twice or more of the incoming attack. Can only Overwhelm Str Techs with Str Techs, and Ki Techs with Ki Techs. Str/Ki techs may be Overwhelmed with Either.
Parry - Requires 50% of your opponent’s strength stat (½ Dura + ½ Agility).Reduces damage by 50%. Costs 50% of the fatigue of the Parried Attack. Only useable against attacks that use Strength.
Power Up - 5% Fatigue - +10% Ki and Strength. Costs 5% fatigue for every turn active.
Respite - Recover 10% Fatigue. Maximum of 2 uses per turn.
Speed Burst - 5% Fatigue -+10% to agility for one turn (can be used before defending an attack).
Wall of Defense - Seeing that your ally is in trouble, you rush forward and throw yourself in the way of an oncoming attack, taking the hit for them. User takes 100% of the damage instead of their ally.
Tier 2:
Dynamite Kick - 11% Fatigue - 16% Str/Ki - Physical - A super powerful kick that explodes on contact
Wolf Fang Fist -10% Fatigue - 10% Str - Physical - A series of rapid melee strikes. Can be sustained for 6% Str damage for 6% Fatigue per action
Continuous Energy Bullet - 10% Fatigue - 10% Ki - Energy - A series of blasts that stack damage as they are fired. Can be sustained for 6% Ki damage for 6% Fatigue per action.
Tier 3:
S.S. Deadly Bomber - 19% Fatigue - 25% Ki - Energy - A crimson energy ball with a translucent orb of red energy around it that homes in on its target. Hard to Deflect. Can be charged for 1 Action. If so- if Dodged, will used again for free on the attacker's next turn.
Hellzone Grenade - 20% Fatigue - 22% Ki - Energy - The user fires many blasts which seem to miss, surrounding the opponent on all sides. The user then causes them to collapse towards the opponent. Almost Impossible to dodge. If Scattershot was Dodged last round, this is cannot be Negated/Overwhelmed.
Tier 4:
Kamikaze Course - 0% Fatigue - 40% Ki - Must have any space ship. Call upon your ship during battle as you remote control it to fly into your enemy and detonate. Can only use in a Death Battle. Can only use once per battle. Once it is used, Your ship is destroyed. You'll have to buy / search for a new one, items installed in the ship are uneffected, but can not be used until installed in another ship
Full Power S.S. Deadly Bomber - 35% Fatigue - 38% Ki - Energy - A stronger version and the most powerful attack in Super #13's arsenal. It doesn’t track targets but is instead designed to decimate everything in its path. Can be charged for up to 4 actions, even through turns. Each action adds 8% to the damage calculation to a maximum of 70% Ki. Hits all Enemies.
Master Moves:
Thunder Shock Surprise - 50% Fatigue - 50% Ki - Energy -The user shoots a lightning blast towards the target using both hands, and traps the opponent within an electric field. Very hard to dodge, Cannot be blocked. Stun 3.
Dirty Halo - 18% Fatigue - 20% Ki - Energy - Extending their hands to the sky, the user manifests a large orb of power above their opponent’s head before dropping it on top of them. Can be charged one action to deal 25% Ki. Very hard to Dodge or Deflect. (Tier 3)
Original Kamehameha - 10% Fatigue - 12% Ki - Energy - A kamehameha launched with Master Roshi's method. Can be charged an extra action to deal 17% Ki Damage. Hard to deflect / overwhelm. (Tier 2)
Solar Flare - 5% Fatigue - The user places their fingers to their head in order to create a blinding flash of ki energy. Reduces enemy agility by 25% for 1 turn. Very Hard to Dodge. Twice per battle. (Tier 0)
Kamehameha -12% Fatigue -15% Ki - Energy - A powerful concentrated wave of energy fired from both hands. The user cups their hands behind one side and chants the name. Can be charged an extra action to do 20% Ki Damage (Tier 2)
Execution Beam - 30% Fatigue - 30% Ki
The user fires a massive energy beam from one hand with the intent to instantly slay their opponent. Can not be blocked or negated. If this Kills its target, the user regains 15% Fatigue. (Tier 4)
