For each follower, ally or battle buddy in a battle, Blackwood recovers 1 fatigue per turn to a maximum of 2. For each opponent in a battle, Blackwood recovers a additional 1 fatigue per turn to a maximum of 2 (for a total of 4)
If somebody is killed, Blackwood gains a recovery burst of 10 fatigue.
Unique: “Blackwood Arms Inc:” - Blackwood is an arms dealer, the majority of what he sells he created himself either with his own hands or with factories and workers under his employ.
At the beginning of any battle, Blackwood may pay any amount of zenni to create 1 or more battle buddies with a % of his PL equal to the amount he spent at a rate of 1:100 (100z = 1% PL). This amount can not exceed Blackwood’s own battle buddie limit.
Battle Buddies created this way are ‘androids’ for the purpose of race and have the Scattershot and Power Blitz techniques.
If any Battle Buddies survive the battle, Blackwood is refunded half the cost spent.
